President- Matt Waggoner
Matt Waggoner has been a Nassau County resident for his entire life. He is one of the few people that can truly say he was born and raised in Nassau County. Matt was born in Fernandina Beach and educated in the Nassau School System. Matt initially got his start as a volunteer for the Hilliard Fire Department and was hired on to Nassau County Fire and Rescue in 1999. He presently holds the rank of Engineer.
1st Vice-President- James Casteel
Casteel has worked his way through the ranks of Local 3101, serving on the Executive Board, Vice President, and then as Presidentof the Nassau Professional Fire Fighters in 2006 and 2007. Casteel currently serves as the rank of Lieutenant at Station 60 in Bryceville. He is a thriteen year veteran of the NCFRD. He has a degree in Fire Science. He has been happily married for 10 years and has one child.
2nd Vice-President- George Fauncher
George Faucher has been with NCFR since November of 2007. George currently is the Second Vice President and is directly in charge of all Public Relations, L3101 committees and is the MDA coordinator. In 1998 George left service to our nation in the U.S. Navy as a Naval helicopter Aircrewman and Rescue Swimmer for 10 years stationed in Mayport. George has been involved with the Florida State Professional Firefighters since 1998 and has been an active member of both IAFF L3865 and IAFF L122. George has been married to his wife Natalie since 1993 and has a daughter; Madison and two sons; Logan and Josh. George is currently assigned to Rescue 40 "C" as a Firefighter/Paramedic.
Secretary/ Treasurer- Stephen Johnson
Stephen currently serves as the Secretary-Treasurer of Local 3101. Stephen was appointed Vice-President of the Nassau County Professional Firefighters in January of 2006. He has been involved in the fire service since attending a "Career Day" at Orange Park High School in 1994. Following the wildfires of 1998, Stephen decided to pursue firefigthing full time.
Stephen joined Nassau County Fire and Rescue in 2000. Since then, he has been active with the Nassau Professional Firefighters, serving on the Executive Board before moving into the Vice-President's position and then on to his current role. He is currently assigned to Station 40 "A" Shift as a Paramedic/Engineer.

Rob Patton
Robert Patton has been with NCFR since 1996. Robert is currently an E-Board member and assists in public relations. He began following in his fathers footstep in 1991 becoming a firefighter paramedic. He has been interested in the fire service since riding as a child with his father on Jacksonville Fire Rescue. Robert has been an active member of Local 3101 presently but also with Jackson County Fire Rescue local 3043. He has been a Lieutenant since 7/2000 and currently is assigned to Station 30 on the “A” shift
